Through memoir, autobiography, storytelling and personal narrative, you will be guided into personal writing, deep listening, sharing and, most importantly, writing for yourself. You will explore guiding principles, experiment with varying approaches, rediscover memories, deepen connections with your authentic self and create intention in writing from and about your life.
